Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Flexim platform at flexim.io ("Service") operated by FLEXIMAI LTD ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any Paid Plan.
1. General Policy
All fees paid for Subscriptions to the Service are non-refundable. By subscribing to a Paid Plan, You acknowledge and agree that:
- All charges are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
- No refunds will be issued for fees charged upon automatic renewal.
- No prorated refunds will be issued if You cancel before the end of Your billing period.
By completing a purchase, You confirm that You have read this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
1.1 Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, You may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
By subscribing to a Paid Plan and confirming Your purchase at checkout, You expressly request that the Service be provided immediately and acknowledge that You lose Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been made available to You.
This waiver is obtained through an explicit consent checkbox at the point of purchase. Without this consent, the Service will not be activated until the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel Your Subscription at any time through Your Account settings or by contacting Us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to Your Paid Plan features until the end of the current billing period.
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.
- Your Account will automatically revert to the Free Plan at the end of the billing period.
- Your Content will remain accessible under the Free Plan's limitations.
3. Exceptions
We may, at Our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
3.1 Duplicate Charges. If You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error on Our part.
3.2 Extended Service Unavailability. If the Service experienced significant unplanned downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours that materially affected Your ability to use the Service during a billing period.
3.3 Unauthorized Charges. If You can demonstrate that a charge was made without Your authorization and was not the result of Your failure to secure Your Account credentials.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions listed in Section 3:

- Include the following information:
- The email address associated with Your Account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A description of the issue (duplicate charge, service downtime, or unauthorized charge).
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on Your payment provider.
5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If You believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact Us first at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with Your bank or payment provider.
We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of Your Account.
- Loss of access to Your Content during the dispute resolution period.
We will cooperate fully with payment providers during any dispute investigation and will provide all relevant transaction records, including evidence of Your agreement to these Terms.
6. Free Plan
The Free Plan does not require any payment and is not subject to this Refund Policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be:
- Posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
- Communicated via email for material changes.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the revised policy. Changes will not apply retroactively to charges made before the update.
